Engr. Yar'Adua has been a downstream person for a better part of his career, and understands the issues well. NNPC's downstream components include four refineries, an extensive pipeline network and the supply of petroleum products to bulk customers.

Mr. Dimeji Edwards, Managing Director/CEO, Oando Supply and Trading Ltd.

Mr Dimeji Edwards joined Ocean and Oil services in November 2000 as the head of the Distillates Trading Strategic business unit of the company. In 2004, he was appointed Head Trader of Oando Supply and Trading, a position he occupied until this appointment as Managing Director/CEO.

Ian Brown has spent (25 years) or the majority of his working life in the oil industry. The first 20 years, in quantity and quality control working for 2 major Oil inspection companies, and for the last 5 years, involved in providing logistics to Major International trading companies. His experience has covered the quantity and quality control, shipping, trade finance, storage and the commercial aspects of the petroleum products supply chain. This has taken him from the UK, via the Middle East to Africa.

Nicolas Giovanna leads Glencore's trading and market development efforts in West Africa, looking after Nigerian private markets for petroleum products. Amongst other things, Glencore International trades in oil and oil products, and is a leading supplier to Nigeria.

Dr. Oluwole Oluleye, Executive Secretary, Petroleum Products Pricing and Regulatory Agency, PPPRA

The PPPRA is the Agency responsible for determining the pricing policy of petroleum products and regulating their supply and distribution in Nigeria. It warehouses the Petroleum Support Fund and is responsible for its disbursement and effective implementation.
